~*~ Review ~*~ Take Me Away (Alpha Billionaire Series #1) by Leona Steele

Source: Goodreads

When Jessica Millet was sent on a delivery to the largest law firm in Boston, she had no idea what she was getting herself into. She’s always had dreams of being a lawyer, but her life situation never allowed her to. Now she might be getting a shot at her dreams, but she hasn’t yet realised that everything comes at a price…

Damien Stone, CEO of Stone LLC., is a man who never takes no for an answer. A ruthless lawyer known for his dominant attitude, he never lets anything stand between him and what he wants. A tense encounter gone-wrong takes a turn that Jessica would have never expected…

Note: This book contains steamy sex scenes between a dominant CEO and an inexperienced paralegal. Not for anyone under the age of 18.

My Review:

Firstly I would like to thank the lovely Leona Steele for kindly providing me with a copy of this book to read and review.

This is my first time reading anything by her, but from the sounds of things it won’t be the last.

This was a very quick read, which I new it would be by the number of pages it had. I believe this mini-series we shall call it is split into 5 different sections.

Jessica Millet works at a Chinese restaurant, not the best of jobs, but hey it pays the bills.

She’s always wanted to become a lawyer and work for a top end prestigious law firm, unfortunately after completing her paralegals exams so could no longer afford or have the time to take her studies further, thus crushing any hopes or dreams for her future.

When a chance encounter with the CEO of the ONE company that she would absolutely see herself working for things start to get a little steamy.

I was a tad confused by how quick things escalated between Jessica & Damien….but hey I’ll go with the flow for now.

Will she get a shot at her dreams?

And if so, what will the price be?

I’d love to read and see more of these guys, hopefully we start to get some more answers.
