Blurb:From Scarlett Dawn comes the stunning, sexy, sensual, surprising, spellbinding conclusion to the bestselling, first Forever Evermore trilogy.Queen Shifter, Lily Ruckler, has found solace in brutal warfare. Her bloodied fists and bared fangs fill the holes left in her memory, the blank spaces that leave her soul aching and empty. Her only pleasure is in blood; her only salvation is the relationship she has with her infant child, the baby of unknown origins who brings her solace and stability. When Elder Harcourt summons Lily and her protector Antonio back to the United States, Lily thinks nothing unusual about the change of location. But a standard reconnaissance mission leaves her trapped inside King Zeller’s private quarters, and at his mercy. Surprise attraction rapidly turns to a battle of wills and an intense power struggle that leaves no clear victor but plenty of resentment. They are not allowed to nurse their wounds. In order to win the war against the Commoners, the King Vampire and Queen Shifter must work together. It should be easy. The war is turning, the battle is deadly, and both Lily and Ezra love the cold cleanliness of combat.

Secrets have a way of surfacing, especially on a torn-up battlefield, and Lily and Ezra are about to re-learn all they cannot remember. If they can’t control their emotions and responses, it will be to their own ruin and the destruction of everything around them.

My Review:

I want to thank Scarlett first and foremost for providing me with an ARC copy of this book through Netgalley to read and review…

The time is finally her to be reacquainted with the Kings & Queens…

King Tomb picks up several months after the end of King Cave, with Queen Shifter Lily leading her troops into war and dealing with the devastating effects of a mind rape that stole precious memories of the man she once loved. The loss of those memories shapes Lily into a cold and ruthless (bitch) leader whose only light in this darkness is in the form of her daughter Isa….

“I was cruel, I was heartless… I was a bitch. But not where my daughter was concerned.”

Being given orders by the Elders to combine their efforts in winning this war, Queen Lily is ordered to pack up and leave to help rule battle-play with the ruthless and deadly vampire king….King Ezra…

Unbeknown to these two, there’s far more that war battling out currently and things are about to take another twist…..

As war rages around them, Lily and Ezra must face two of the toughest battles ever – the battle to save their people and the battle to regain their past.

“My heart broke time and again, then blistered with agonized adoration. It pumped deep within my soul. The blackness that had consumed me was flooded with nothing but pure, gut-wrenching love.”

More drama
More Love
More Heartache
More Pain
More Trials & hurdles to clear
No matter how much loss, pain, blood shed, these 4 amazing individuals have each other to gain comfort and strength from…it’s the only way forward.
The only way to survive and become the Kings & Queens that they are so duly needed for in the up and coming war between Mys and Coms.
King Tomb has a LOT of surprises and is quite a bit darker than the other two books, but I think it was completely necessary (and awesome). With all the obstacles and heartaches Lily, Ezra, Pearl, and Jack have faced in the previous installments I can’t see them not changing, and getting a little harder and more fierce. These are not the prodigies we knew in King Hall and King Cave, but I love them just the same

I am sad that there will be no more books about Lily and Ezra, but in a way King Tomb was a perfect ending to the first forevermore trilogy. I look forward to read the next new trilogy of the Forevermore series.
